Planning a wedding and visiting huge wedding fayres with lots and lots of suppliers can be a daunting prospect for some couples so Solberge Hall came up with a great twist on a wedding fayre. They invited guests to a mock wedding with a champagne and canape reception where they had a chance to meet with a sensible amount of suppliers who Solberge Hall work with regularly. Guests then sat through two mock weddings with model bride and groom Jacob Exelby and Mel Reeves where Martin Elliott the manager talked them through how a wedding works and passed on tips to make everything run smoothly and then they sat down to a taster menu meal followed by speeches from suppliers who explained how their business worked. I used the picture below to explain how i tell a story of the day, capturing special moments and emotions without taking over the wedding.It was a great day and many couples said what a great help it had been to them in planning their special day.
