Why would you choose me as your wedding photographer ?

There are several different styles of wedding photography and as i say on my leaflets and website, NOT ALL PHOTOGRAPHERS ARE THE SAME !

There are traditional photographers who will do lots of line up family groups and traditional posed shots.

There are photographers who will not take as many groups but spend a long time over posing you as a couple.

There are photographers who want to treat you as fashion models, posing you in positions which make you look moody and emotional and photograph every little detail of the wedding including blades of grass from where you got married to sugar cubes !

Any of the above are fine if that is what you are looking for. I'm certainly NOT having a go at other photographers i'm simply saying you have a choice between the above OR  photographers like me who will photograph some family groups of your choice, some of the details of the wedding, real emotion not posed emotion some posed ones of yourself but mainly work on a long lens so i'm not in your face all day but above all i believe that you should enjoy your day, not spend all day posing and leave me to capture real moments from your special day whether that be happy or emotional, basically telling a real story of your day.

So here's how I typically work :

Preparation pictures can be great fun and also an opportunity to capture some of the bridal details.
