Why not? Ruth produces amazing pictures and captures the moments we(bride and groom) miss. She is very unobtrusive and relaxed but extremely professional, you don't even know she is there clicking away taking amazing pictures. Ruth is very friendly and listens to what you would like from her and her work. The turn around from getting the proofs back to then choosing your pictures and receiving your album is also very quick. And the end result is beautiful and a perfect reminder of your special day.

From the very first time we met Ruth, we know she was who we wanted to photograph our wedding. Her calm and gentle nature reassured us that we would not have a photographer 'in our face' on the day. We had a barn owl fly down the aisle with our rings and Ruth got a fantastic shot of the owl mid-flight, one of our favourite pictures. Ruth was fantastic from the moment we decided to use her. She completely understood that we wanted an informal wedding, we had been together for 36 years. She captured it beautifully and everyone who sees the pictures can see how well she captured the laughter and joy of that day. Our little granddaughters who were bridesmaids were quite a handful while Denise was getting ready, but Ruth was so helpful and understanding, it really helped calm the situation down, and helped Denise to relax. During the day she was so lovely she became one of our wedding party and was not seen as the photographer, so the pictures she got captured the sprit of the day in a way I didn't think possible. Ours was not a large and fancy wedding, but Ruth's pictures were worth every penny we paid because she has given us and our family memories that we will treasure fir life.
My husband and I have just taken delivery of our wedding album and we're over the moon with how Ruth has captured our day perfectly. We're not really into posing for having our photograph taken, however Ruth made us feel relaxed (we didn't really notice she was there!) and that definitely comes through in our album. The album tells the story of our wedding day to a tee, with lots of natural photos as a reminder of our amazing day. We couldn't have picked a better photographer for our day. My husband really doesn't enjoy having his photo taken, which I explained to Ruth, of course she understood this and she was great on the day. We gave her a short list of group photos that we wanted, just the usual family and friend shots and just a few of us on our own. she did exactly what we wanted. Half the time we didn't know she was there and ended up with some lovely natural shots. The photos that we ordered arrived only 2 weeks after our wedding in a beautiful wooden gift box and USB with all our photos on. Highly recommended, great service, great quality and a lovely lady

“I first met Ruth shortly after getting engaged at a wedding fayre at Solberge hall. I attended with my mum and maid of honour and to be honest felt completely out of my comfort zone. I saw Ruth's stand as a picture of a solider and his wife stood out to me, as my husband is a solider. Straight away Ruth was warm welcoming and very charming, I instantly liked her! She spoke around how she doesn't want people to stand for hours on their wedding day and have pics taken but wanted to capture moments! At that wedding fayre I had no idea of a venue never mind a photographer! But I added Ruth on face book and kept admiring her pics! After months of traveling around venues I booked Solberge hall the first venue I looked at and where I met Ruth. Many wedding fayre a later and so many leaflets and conversations with other photographers my mum told me I had to book Ruth before she was booked!!! On my wedding day Ruth came to my parents house where my bridesmaid and I plus parents where getting ready. I didn't notice Ruth was there apart from when we had lovely chats and some great banter. She was so unobtrusive and captured the most beautiful shots of the morning. Again at the church I didn't know Ruth was there apart from now and again seeing a camera lense behind a wall or a tree! On the day my husband was recovering from a broken leg and unfortunately on crutches. This wasn't a problem for Ruth, she captured amazing photos hiding the crutches and putting a few in for fun! When we arrived at the venue Ruth was assertive but fun and got the group shots done. Our particular favourite the full wedding party singing "I love you baby" while Ruth unscrewed a Window to capture the perfect pic! My guests commented how Lovely Ruth was throughout the day. From then on we didn't really see Ruth, but she saw us, every moment, every smile, every time we laughed and cried. I never knew Ruth saw these moments until our proof book came through! 100s of pics that just took us back to our day! Finally we decided on 130 pics that tell our story. They are perfect! We might not be but they are completely natural and show that real happiness is! On a random day off we received a delivery... "The album" and wow it was perfect! We cannot thank Ruth enough for capturing our day and giving us a album that is our memories forever. If you want a sincere, funny, witty, caring and professional photographer, Ruth is your woman!”
